Customization Process

STEP 1

Based on your needs, we’ll provide a preliminary quote first.

STEP 2

If the price is right, we’ll first collect a design deposit of $300–$500 (which can be applied toward the final cost), and then the designer will develop the detailed drawings and create 3D renderings.

STEP 3

Finalize the plan and pay 80% of the customization fee

STEP 4

Inspect and photograph the items before shipping; pay the remaining balance in full before packing and shipping.

STEP 5

After receiving the shipment, we will provide installation guidance.
